HBFF accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX through PayPal. We also accept electronic checks (e-checks) in U.S. Dollars through PayPal, but you must set up a free PayPal account to use this option. We DO NOT accept paper checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING. We must receive your cancellation request by email no later than September 2, 2013. There will be a $50 non-refundable processing fee for all cancellations. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 2, 2013. However, you may send a substitute or use the credit towards the 2014 event. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please send a cancellation request to:


Tax Deduction

Festival expenses may be tax-deductible. Treasury regulation 1.1625 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, lodging) undertaken to (1) maintain or improve skills required in one’s employment, or (2) meet expense requirements of an employer.


Photo Release/Company Release

We occasionally use photographs or company names of HBFF attendees in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness in such material.
